To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.
Common Return Questions
We want all of our mademoiselles to love their lashes so we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If you in any way don’t love your lashes we want you to return them. We will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order less shipping fees. If lashes look worn we will offer an exchange rather than return.
How do I request a refund?
If you decide return your lashes we’ll be sad you were not satisfied with your lashes. Please feel free to fill out our refund form here. Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the receipt of merchandise. To receive a full refund, your products must be unworn, unopened. All returned merchandise are subject to inspection at the time of receipt. We will contact you to keep you updated on the status of your return. If you product is unworn & unopened we will automatically refund you using the same form of payment less any shipping costs. If your products show signs of wear we will offer a credit or exchange.
If you wish to email us your return, email us at email@example.com with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message. We will be sure to process your return as soon as possible.
Once we receive your refund request, you will receive an email response within 48 - 72 hours providing you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMF). The RMF email will outline the quick and easy steps needed to get your full refund. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. We strongly recommend that you also obtain a tracking number from your courier as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
How do I make an exchange?
If for any reason you would like to make an exchange. Please proceed as if it were a refund (see above) and indicate what product you would like to exchange with. If there are any excess monies owed, you will receive a credit on your account for a future purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Things take time and we want to make sure to get it right. So we ask that you please allow up to fourteen business days (from the date you shipped the package) for us to receive your package and process your return. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will make a return back to the original method of payment less shipping cost.
What is the return period?
Our promise to accept returns is valid within the first 14 days of purchase. You must provide an invoice along with your returned goods. For your own record, we recommend making a second copy of your invoice.
May I return Mademoiselle Lashes without contacting you or getting an RMF?
Nope, sorry we need a record and so do you. Ever get something in the mail you’re not expecting? Who knows where it ends up. We ask you contact us via this website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, write “Order Return” in the subject line and reference your Order # in the body of your email. We will then send you an RMF that will outline the steps required to make a refund.
